Order Confirmation Email All orders except for refills to be picked up and paid at store: After you have completed a prescription order on Savon.com, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will list the contents of your order, the contact information for getting your prescription to us, state the shipping address or store pick up address, and show the payment method you chose. Please verify all of the information in the email. If you have any changes to make, questions or concerns please contact us. Please have your order number ready if you are calling about that particular order. You can also use this number to check the status of your order on the Pharmacy Order History page. Refill orders that are to be picked up and paid at store: After you have completed your order on Savon.com, you'll receive an order number on the final screen of the website. This number is only for your use to check the status of your order. You will not receive any confirmation emails. |

Tracking Your Order The fulfillment of a prescription order has to go through many steps in order to comply with pharmacy standards. By viewing your Pharmacy Order History, you can check your order status. You will receive an order number after you have completed your order on Savon.com and in your confirmation email. Every order you make on Savon.com can be found in your order history, by this order number. Orders that are both Refill and Pay at Store follow a different process, and you will not be sent "confirmation" or "order is filled" emails for these. Status definitions:

Payment Information
Delivery & Pick Up Information Your confirmation email will have the location of the store where you will be picking up your order, or the address for home delivery. Multiple patient orders will be ready for pick up at the same time, or will be delivered together, at the same address. Please verify the information in the email, and if any changes need to be made please contact us. Please allow 48 hours for processing of your prescription. To see if your order is ready for pick up or delivery, go to your Pharmacy Order History to check the status. The status will be "Filled" if it is ready to be picked up by you or Fedex or UPS, and "Shipped" if it has been picked up by Fedex or UPS for delivery to your home. You will also be sent an email stating that your order is ready for pick up, or that it has been picked up by Fedex or UPS and is on it's way to you. However, if you have a refill order that you chose to pick up at the store, you will not receive any emails. |
