    In order to request a prescription order from Savon.com, you must first register as a "User." Registering as a Savon.com "User" allows you to shop any time day or night. To become a Savon.com "User", complete our registration form. It's easy to register, and you'll only have to do it once. If you are already registered on Savon.com, be sure to sign-in before entering the pharmacy.

    • Providing complete insurance information can speed up your order.

    • Use the text box provided if there is more insurance information you feel would be helpful to us.

    • If you have already used your insurance at the store that is filling your prescription, simply choose "use the insurance information at this patient's home store".

    • If the insurance doesn't cover the entire cost of the prescription, or to cover the cost of your insurance co-pay, we ask you to enter your payment information online. If you choose to Pick up and Pay at Store, you can wait to pay the difference when you pick up your order.

    STORE PICK UP
    Use the store pick up option if you would like to pick up the order from your local Albertson's family of drugstores (Albertson's, Savon, Osco, Jewel, Acme, Max Foods, Grocery Warehouse, and Seessel's).

    You can place new, refill or transfer prescription orders online and pay online as well. So, all you have to do is go to your pharmacy and pick up your order - it is that easy! If you aren't comfortable paying online, or if you do not have a credit card, you can always pay at the store.

    FEDEX DELIVERY
    We offer 3 different Fedex delivery time frames for you to choose from: Ground, Second Day, and Express. Ground delivery is free to you, but will take longer than the other choices available. Express delivery is the fastest, and may be worth the expense if you need the prescription as soon as possible. Add 2 to 4 days for the time it will take to contact the doctor (if necessary) and process your order, plus the time it takes for delivery (depending on the time frame you choose). For delivery orders, you have the option to have your prescription delivered from your home store, or from our Internet Fulfillment Pharmacy. We do not offer delivery service for perishable prescription items, however we are happy to complete these orders for pick up at your local pharmacy.

    Savon.com is a secure site and all prescription information is encrypted before being sent over the Internet. All Internet pharmacy transactions are encrypted using SSL Encryption technology.

    The VeriSign seal, the lock in the bottom right of the screen, and the https in the URL symbolize the secure channel in place when you connect to a server that uses a VeriSign Secure Server ID or Global Server ID. All information exchanged with the server is encrypted and/or unaltered. You are assured that VeriSign has verified that the server operator has the right to use the name presented on the site.

    To make the ordering process as fast and efficient as possible please have the following information ready before placing a new prescription order:

    * If you have already used insurance at the store that is filling the prescription, and the information has not changed, simply choose "use the insurance information at this patient's home store". You do not need to enter it online.


    Multiple Patients
    Savon.com allows you to order prescriptions for more than one patient, within the same order, as long as the billing and delivery information is the same. Simply complete the patient and prescription information for the first patient, and before going on to verify/checkout choose to fill a new prescription, refill a prescription or transfer a prescription for a different patient. You can do this as many times as you need to complete your order.

    If you desire to place prescription orders using different payment types or delivery options, then each order must go through the checkout process separately.


    Prescription Verification
    Savon.com will fill orders for prescription items written by health care practitioners licensed within the United States. Savon.com also reserves the right to verify any part of a prescription order with the health care practitioner for any reason deemed necessary.


    Pharmacy FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions)

    What drugstores participate in the Savon.com pharmacy service?
    All pharmacies within the Albertson's family of pharmacies including Albertson's, Savon, Osco, Jewel, Acme, Max Foods, Grocery Warehouse, and Seessel's participate in the Savon.com pharmacy service.

    Where can I pick up my prescription?
    You have the option of picking up your prescription order at any of the local Albertson's family of pharmacies you choose, or having your non-perishable prescription order delivered via Fedex delivery.

    If I have refills from my local pharmacy can I still order them from Savon.com?
    Yes you can have your prescription refilled from Savon.com as long as the refill is coming from one of the Albertson's family of drugstores (Albertson's, Savon, Osco, Jewel, Acme, Max Foods, Grocery Warehouse, and Seessel's). If you would like to refill a current prescription from a different pharmacy, you can still order through us by going through the Transfer a Prescription process.

    What do I need in order to refill my prescription via the Internet?
    Once you have registered on the website as a "User" (to develop a profile), you will need your prescription number and the store number where the prescription was originally filled. This information is printed on the label of the prescription bottle. If you have further questions in regards to online refills, please contact us.

    What do I need in order to transfer my prescription from a different pharmacy?
    Just choose the option "Transfer a Prescription" on the website, follow the prompts and we'll do the rest!

    How long will it take you to get my medication to me if I go through Fedex or UPS delivery?

    Can I return my prescription for refund or credit?
    We do not accept prescription medication returns. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us.

    How do I pay for my prescriptions?
    We accept most major credit cards if we are shipping your prescription, or if you are picking up the prescription at a local pharmacy you may pay by cash or by most major credit cards, debit cards or personal checks.

    Can I use my insurance to cover the cost of my medications?
    Yes, provided it is a covered item by your insurance plan. Savon.com accepts most prescription insurance plans.

    How do I know if my insurance will cover the cost of my medications?
    Contact your individual insurance carrier to find out if the medication in question is a covered item.

    What if I change insurance plans?
    We must be notified of any change in your insurance coverage to properly bill the correct/new insurance. Please contact us and be sure to make the necessary changes to the insurance information when you place your order.

    Will Savon.com bill my insurance company?
    Yes, if we have a contract with them and if you supplied us with your correct and current insurance information.

    What is the difference between a Formulary and a Non-Formulary medication?
    A formulary is a list of approved drugs/devices that an insurance company has agreed to cover as part of your prescription benefit plan. A Non-Formulary drug/device is not included on that list and is therefore not covered or is covered at a reduced rate. If you are unsure whether your prescription is covered by your insurance plan, you should contact their Customer Service department via their toll-free number. This number is usually listed on the back of your insurance card.

    Can I use the payment option of COD (Cash on Delivery) for my delivery orders?
    All payments must be made prior to shipping. We are unable to accept COD at this time. For delivery orders it is required that you pay online with a credit card or debit card.

    Do you accept worker's compensation?
    Yes, provided all pertinent billing information is provided. The insurance adjuster must be notified on each and every fill of your prescription, procedures may vary from state to state. Please contact us for further details.

    My Order
    How do I check on the status of my order?
    Visit our web site at Savon.com, on the pharmacy home page click on Pharmacy Order History and select the order you would like to check. This feature is for all orders except Refill/Pay at Store orders.

    How will I know if my prescription is ready for pick up?
    Visit our web site at Savon.com and use your Pharmacy Order History to find out if your order is ready for pick up. You can also contact the requested pharmacy. When your prescription is filled we will notify you by email, so you will know when to come to the store to pick up your order, or when to expect your order to be delivered. This feature is for all orders except Refill/Pay at Store.

    Terms & Conditions
    TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF Savon.com PHARMACY ONLINE SHOPPING:
    • Savon.com values you as a customer and your right to privacy. Except as may be otherwise required by law, Savon.com will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that your personal information remains confidential and available only to Savon.com, and its employees, agents, and contractors. Savon.com will not sell your personal information to third parties.

    • It is your responsibility to promptly notify your bank of any changes to your billing information, or of any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your credit card number. You are responsible for updating your registration information and your credit card information, as applicable.

    • Notwithstanding any statements on the web pages or these bullet points, the Terms and Conditions are the agreement between you and Savon.com. By submitting each order at checkout, you confirm and affirm that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions, of the form in which they appear at the time the order is submitted at checkout.
    1. Offer and acceptance. By submitting a completed prescription order request, you offer to purchase, on and pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and the order form, the items (collectively, "Product") you select and submit to Savon.com. ("Savon.com") for purchase via the prescription order request. Your offer may be accepted by Savon.com by sending you an electronic confirmation that your order has been received and accepted. It shall be in Savon.com discretion to accept or reject your offer. If Savon.com accepts your offer, these Terms and Conditions and the order form collectively constitute a legal agreement between Savon.com and you governing your purchase of the Product from Savon.com over the online shopping service.

    2. Responsibilities. If Savon.com accepts your order, Savon.com shall, in return for your payment, provide the Product which you order through the online shopping service. If delivery is requested, the Product shall be delivered to you by a third-party delivery service at the delivery address you designate. Your payment for the Product and shipping, including sales taxes and assessments, is due upon Savon.com delivery of the Product to the delivery service for shipment. Savon.com will charge the payment to the credit card which you submit to Savon.com, and will collect the payment from your bank.     3. Communications. Savon.com shall conclusively presume that online communications received from you through your use of the online order form and registration process are accurate, complete, and authorized by you as received by Savon.com. You agree not to contest the validity and binding legal effect of those communications.

    4. Shopper registration. You agree to complete the initial registration process according to Savon.com requirements stated on the Web site, and to provide Savon.com with accurate, complete and updated information as required for the initial registration process, including, but not limited to, your legal name, billing and delivery addresses, and telephone number. For online payments, you must provide Savon.com with an accurate and complete credit card number and expiration date at the time of submitting your online purchase order. You represent and warrant to Savon.com that your use of any credit card is authorized and legal.

    5. Shopper information changes. It is your responsibility to promptly notify your bank of any changes to your billing information or loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your credit card number. You are responsible for updating your registration information and your credit card information, as applicable.

    6. Delivery. If delivery is requested, a third-party delivery service shall deliver the Products to you at a single delivery location you designate that is within the delivery zone authorized by Savon.com.

    7. Substitution Policy. Although Savon.com believes that it will have sufficient inventory to fill your orders, it is possible that certain Products may be unavailable, from time to time. In the event an item you have ordered is temporarily unavailable, Savon.com will attempt to notify you and will fill the remainder of your order.

    8. Product Information. Savon.com will attempt to update Product nutritional and other Product information as and when changes come to the attention of Savon.com. However, Savon.com is not responsible for any inaccuracy or misstatement of any such information. You should read the Product information upon delivery or contact the product manufacturer.

    9. Disclaimer of warranty. However, if the prescription is delivered by mail the law of the state where the patient resides also governs. In the event of conflict, the more restrictive law applies.

    13. Changes to Terms and Conditions. Savon.com reserves the right to, from time to time, with or without notice to you, in Savon.com sole discretion, amend the Terms and Conditions for use and purchases regarding the online shopping services. Any amendments by Savon.com will be effective only as to orders you place subsequent to Savon.com revisions of these Terms and Conditions on the web site to reflect the amendments. Savon.com will plan to notify you of any material amendments to the Terms and Conditions, however, it is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions prior to submitting each order and Savon.com has no responsibility to notify you of any changes prior to effectiveness of the changes or otherwise.

    14. Terms and Conditions Govern. These Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time, shall be the sole terms of the agreement between you and Savon.com regarding your online purchases.     15. Taxes. If you become aware of any unpaid sales taxes or other amounts with respect to any purchases, you must expeditiously report this to Savon.com and you must timely pay such taxes or amounts.
