Prescription Order History
If you would like to look at past prescription orders, click on Prescription Order History. Choose the patient whose history you would like to see and click on "Show Order History". All past orders for that patient and the details of those orders will be displayed. Also, current orders will be placed here, but will not have anything in "Date Filled" until the order has been completed.

Patient Profile
You may create a new patient profile or update an existing patient profile at any time without having to place an order. To add a patient profile (without placing an order) click on "Fill a New Prescription", click on "Add" next to the patient pull down, and then enter the patient information. Click continue, but you do not need to continue with the order process. If you need to change the patient information or medical profile of the patients you have added, you can do so in the Patient Profile. Please check the Patient Profile each time you order to make sure that patient information is complete and up to date. Patient profile information is maintained in our database and will remain there for your future orders, so you only have to enter the information one time.

Refills
Ordering prescription refills on Savon.com is easy, especially after your first order with Savon.com. Refills are available for prescriptions that have been previously filled by one of the Albertson's family of pharmacies including Albertson's, Sav-on Drugs, Osco, or Acme.

To refill the prescription we need to know the following information:

Patient information
Last 4 digits of patient's phone number
Pharmacy store number
The name of the medication
The prescription number

Use the label on the bottle of the prescription you are refilling to provide this information.
